Terrace on the Park in Queens, NY is a historical landmark honoring the 1964 New York World’s Fair. It now is a beautiful banquet hall and catering venue for Weddings, Sweet 16s and Quinceañeras. Raven’s Winter Wonderland Sweet 16  was very much wintery. The day of her Sweet 16 happened to fall on the day of the largest snowstorm of the season.

Despite road conditions and warnings from the press to stay off the road, Hurricane Productions ventured from the Jersey Shore up to Queens hours before the event. Hurricane kept the promise they made with Raven and her family – as long as the party was still on, they would be there. Time management and detailed planning got Hurricane Productions to the venue on time to throw a flawless event.

Hurricane not only provided entertainment for Raven’s Sweet 16 but also a “Name in Lights” gobo, uplighting, screens with custom animations, photography and videography.

Raven’s “Name in Lights” and custom animation were inspired by the Winter Wonderland theme while blue uplighting around the ballroom created a wintery atmosphere.
