Corporate Events – Management, Production, Branding and Entertainment

Corporate_Event_NJFew companies can provide Corporate Events with a full-service branding experience as well as management, production and entertainment.

But Hurricane Productions brings 10 years of event expertise to corporate seminars, conferences, trade shows and galas.

Hurricane Productions’ most recent event – AARA Trade Show – showcased a full-service corporate event experience:

Event Management:

The live element of any event presents unique challenges. But with its attention to preparation, Hurricane makes sure its clients communicate all of their needs prior to the event.

In addition to countless emails and phone conferences, Hurricane met with AARA’s Board of Directors four times within a two month window before the trade show.

On the day of the event, Hurricane created a command station where event specialists directed sound, technology and entertainment from a central hub.

Branding and Design:

Hurricane handcrafted each brandable element of AARA.

Hurricane designed custom visuals that displayed real-time updates to high definition screens around the convention center.

A custom ‘Step and Repeat’ display reminiscent of a Hollywood Red Carpet helped greet attendees and vendors for group photos.

A team of photographers and videographers documented the entire trade show. This included candid photos of attendees and products. And each vendor received a complimentary framed photo of their booth and staff as a ‘Thank You’ for participating at this year’s show.

Live Stream and Aerials:

Attendees and vendors alike were treated to a live stream around the convention center. But what really caught everyone’s attention was a Quadcopter equipped with a GoPro3 camera. The copter flew above the crowd and streamed live video to screens around the convention floor.

Entertainment:

Just like any good trade show, AARA thrives on its vendors’ treating its attendees to giveaways and trade-show only deals. In order to make this an attractive centerpiece of the event, AARA employed one of Hurricane’s emcees to host the event and entertain the crowd.

Hurricane also provided music for the eight hour event.

Production

Hurricane Productions filled the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center with the JBL PRX Line Array sound system and high powered projection systems for display.
