The Club Alex concept began as a joke amongst students spending late hours at Alexander Library preparing for finals. Rutgers partners with Hurricane annually to bing this clever anecdote to life as part of 'Senior Week' at the university.
Rutgers University Student Life, in partnership with Hurricane Productions planned and produced the first ever non-athletics event in the Football Practice Bubble entitled Imposterave.
Drawing from a concept originally conceived by students at Wesleyan University, Student DJs assumed the role of famous DJs by playing a set in the style of their chosen artist. The impersonated DJs included Laidback Luke, Hardwell, Kaskade, and Dillon Francis. Hurricane's own DJ Brostradamus headlined the event.
The concert sported a myriad of features provided by Hurricane including custom-made graphics, club lighting effects and live social media integration.
Students who tweeted and posted photos to Instagram using the special hashtag had their posts displayed on screens live, for everyone to see.
Hurricane also provided professional photography and videography services, including aerial shots via the DJI Phantom Drone equipped with a GoPro camera.
As part of Rutgers Student Life's Senior Days programming, Imposterave was an energetic send-off for the graduating class of 2013.

Sigma Chi Fraternity and several Rutgers University National Panhellenic Conference sororities continue to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars each year for the Children's Miracle Network and other philanthropies through an event known as Derby Days. Although Derby Days is a nationwide event hosted by Sigma Chi brothers at many different universities, Rutgers hosts the largest in the country.
Each year, the Greek organizations raise record-breaking totals during the week-long competition. Derby Days culminates with a 'Lip Sync' performance where each organization choreographs a routine and puts on a show for family and friends.
