Weddings and private events:
We can help you produce a spectacular outdoor wedding, complete with a wireless ceremony sound, dance floor setup, DJ, and more. You can choose an outdoor event venue or opt for a backyard wedding – we’ve done both!
Rutgers Gardens in New Brunswick is a popular spot for outdoor events like bridal showers, engagement parties and weddings. The lush greenery is ideal for gorgeous photos and a beautiful ceremony, and it offers plenty of space for your guests. We even helped Brittany and Shawn host a surprise wedding for their loved ones in the Sun and Shade Garden.
Another option for your outdoor wedding is having it in your own backyard. We have everything you need to create a spectacular reception area to rival any event hall – just ask Hurricane Productions co-founder Vincent and his wife Alexandra! The couple celebrated at the bride’s family’s home in Williamstown, New Jersey, working with several vendors to have the backyard wedding of their dreams.
Corporate and University:
In addition to outdoor weddings and family parties, we’ve also produced many corporate outdoor events over the years. Here are just a few:
- Groundbreakings – We provided planning, A/V, and video support for the groundbreaking event for the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center’s redevelopment initiative.
- Rutgers University:
- For over a decade we’ve executed hundreds of outdoor events for Rutgers University. Events include dinners on the football field (yes, you read that right!), carnivals for students, concerts, tented reunions, and more. We’ve worked NJ’s largest University on all of its campuses in New Brunswick, Newark, and Camden.
- 5Ks and Races:
- DJs, sound systems, video for community races around the state including Liberty State Park,
- Beer and Wine Festivals:
- Provided audio for selected bands and videography services which streamed to live event board that is present at event site.
- Red Carpets:
- Provided DJs, photography, and our living wall to incorporate into many red carpet events. The living wall is a great way to snap a photo of your guests before entering the event space.
