Gabrielle and Gary’s Olde Mill Inn Minimony

Like many couples who had planned a 2020 wedding, Gabrielle and Gary chose to postpone their big reception due to the pandemic. However, this couple still chose to tie the knot on their original date with a smaller “minimony” celebration.

After Gabrielle and Gary exchanged vows at St. Vincent’s Martyr Church in Madison, NJ, the newlyweds and a small group of loved ones gathered for dinner at The Grain House restaurant at the Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge.

Though it wasn’t the reception they originally envisioned, the couple’s Olde Mill Inn minimony was the perfect way to begin their life as a married couple. With its 10 acres of landscaped grounds and charming historic atmosphere, this venue provided a beautiful backdrop for Gabrielle and Gary’s romantic day.

The couple hired Hurricane Productions to document their intimate wedding day. They received six hours of photography by Kara and videography by Brendan, which included coverage of their pre-ceremony preparations, church ceremony, and reception. The newlyweds received a 3-5 minute highlight video of their day.

If you’re considering a minimony as a pandemic-friendly alternative to a large wedding, Hurricane Productions has created a special package just for you. For a limited time, we’re bundling wedding livestream services with an hour of photography and video coverage for a discounted price of $1,795.
