We are a leading event management and production company specializing in Conferences, Awards Dinners, Non-profit Galas, Project Announcements, Groundbreakings, and Expos.
We’re on the hunt for a visionary Vice President of Events.

We use cutting-edge tools like Slack, Teams, and AI to streamline our processes and create efficient workflows. We’re seeking a forward-thinking leader who can analyze our event workflows and help us deliver an even better user experience for our customers.
The Vice President of Events will report directly to the company President, Vincent Velasquez, and have access to a comprehensive suite of solutions, including a graphic design team, video team, web design and development, and AI marketing tools to ensure the highest level of success in their role.
We also plan to partner our VP with an Event Consultant with a proven track record to help drive revenue growth and provide professional guidance and development in this role.

Key Responsibilities, however not limited to:
- Lead and manage the Events team to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all events.
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and goals.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement AI tools and technology to streamline processes, enhance event experiences, and drive innovation in event planning and execution.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring all events meet client expectations and deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients through regular communication via phone, video conference, and in-person meetings, utilizing platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Drive event sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic design and web development teams, to create cohesive and engaging event experiences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve event processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management and production, with a proven track record of success in managing diverse event types.
- Worked through entire event lifecycles of conferences and/or expos.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in event sales and business development, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Proven experience in managing event budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present event plans and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction, with the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance event planning and execution.
- This position can be remote, with a preference for candidates based in New Jersey, but location is negotiable.
- Willingness to travel as required to attend events and client meetings.
