Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Event Consultant with a focus on sales to join our team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities, however not limited to:

• Work directly with the Vice President of Events to identify productization opportunities in our sales processes and pitches.
• Leverage the full suite of tools and resources used by the VP to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the management team to understand their objectives, identify their needs, and develop tailored event solutions that drive revenue.
• Provide guidance on best practices, industry trends, and innovative event strategies to ensure client satisfaction and event success.
• Assist in the development of event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Offer recommendations on event design, theme, and overall event experience to create memorable and impactful events.
• Share insights and expertise on event marketing, promotion, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Work one-on-one with the VP for professional development and collaborate with President Vincent Velasquez on larger revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event consulting, event management, or event sales, with a track record of success in managing diverse event types and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of event industry best practices, trends, and innovations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present event concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction, with the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and recommendations.
