Branches Catering hosted Alexa’s Halloween themed Sweet 16. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour, walked through a haunted house and danced the night away with Hurricane Productions.

Hurricane Productions entertained guests and provided design work, video services and photo booth. Host Robbie “Maserobbiee” Padovano delivered a grand introduction for Alexa, who was escorted by “ghoul” dancer Ahmed Emara. DJ and Strato Doumanis mixed all of Alexa’s requests.

A professional graphic designer, exclusive to Hurricane Productions, designed a custom step and repeat backdrop for the event. As each guest arrived at the event, a photo was snapped, framed and given to them as a favor.

Screens with a custom animation mimicked the design from the step and repeat, as did the “name in lights” gobo. Photos of family and friends shown on the screens, as well as home videos.

Spooky purple uplighting completed the event design and added an extra dimension of Halloween to the party.

Hurricane’s professional videographer captured all the special moments of the evening, which were then highlighted in a short video.
