Cedar Gardens Banquet (Cedar 33) is a grand and elegant event venue that's perfect for celebrating any special occasion. With a capacity of up to 1,000 guests, this Hamilton, New Jersey facility allows you to take full advantage of its 25,000 square feet of space. That's exactly what Giana did for her Cedar Gardens Banquet Sweet 16.

One of the venue's three spacious ballrooms was decked out in red, gold, and black for Giana's event. Red and gold balloons adorned each table, which featured red napkins and gold chair ties. The birthday girl's sophisticated red ballgown and gold tiara perfectly complemented her color scheme.

To help bring Giana's special day to life, her family hired Hurricane Productions. They booked our Sweet 16 Lighting Package, which includes DJ/MC entertainment and custom venue lighting design with spotlighting, dance lighting, and full ballroom uplighting in red. Robbie Padovano served as the evening's DC and MC, and kept the dance floor packed throughout Giana's celebration.

Giana's family opted to upgrade their package with some of our additional media services. We designed a custom Snapchat geofilter so Giana's guests could show off their Snaps from the evening. We also set up LED TV screens on the dance floor that displayed a custom graphic matching Giana's colors.

Finally, Hurricane provided videography services to document Giana's celebration. Videographer Markus Robinson captured every special moment from the Sweet 16, from Giana's grand entrance to the final dance of the night.

After the event, Markus's footage was edited into a three to five-minute highlight video so Giana and her friends could relive the fun and excitement of her Sweet 16 over and over again.

Stephanie and Christopher - The Stone Terrace

Stephanie and Christopher's Stone Terrace Wedding

Many couples are on the fence about videography services for their wedding day. Some aren't sure that they want or need it, while others simply don't know if they have room in their budget. Fortunately, Stephanie and Christopher didn't have to make that choice: The groom's brother surprised them with videography for their Stone Terrace wedding in Hamilton, New Jersey.

Christopher's brother reached out to Hurricane Productions about videography services for the couple's big day. He booked our Short Movie Package for Stephanie and Christopher, which includes up to eight hours of coverage for the first look, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Two weeks prior to their wedding, Christopher's brother revealed his surprise. Stephanie and Christopher then coordinated their wedding day timeline details with us.

Our videographer Tyler Ajamian spent the day with the couple to document the events of their big day. Afterwards, the newlyweds received a three to five-minute edited highlight video set to the music of their choice, along with the raw footage from their day.

Thanks to a very thoughtful brother, Stephanie and Christopher now have all their special wedding memories preserved on video.

Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn is an ideal wedding venue for couples who want rustic charm, history, and unforgettable scenery for their big day. The 19th-century building once served as a train station, until it was transformed into the elegant restaurant and hotel that stands today.

Located just an hour outside of both Philadelphia and New York City, Lambertville Station boasts more than a convenient location. The venue's grounds include rolling hills and stunning waterfront views of the Delaware River, which lend themselves to amazing photos and videos.

Jessica and Keith chose Lambertville Station as their wedding venue, and Hurricane Productions was there to capture all the magic. The couple chose our full-feature videography package, which includes six hours of coverage for the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Videographer Tyler Ajamian filmed Jessica and Keith's wedding. His footage was edited into a 60 to 90-minute feature-length wedding film, as well as a 3 to 5-minute highlight reel. All video was shot with professionally recorded audio and high-end stabilization equipment.

With an address in the heart of the New Brunswick, New Jersey's bustling downtown, the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center (NBPAC) was always envisioned as a cultural hub -- a premiere arts destination for the tri-state area. That vision became a reality on September 4, 2019 at the NBPAC Grand Opening celebration.

The building of NBPAC was spearheaded by the New Brunswick Development Corporation (DEVCO). The project was a collaboration between numerous public and private organizations and was supported by many prominent New Jersey figures, including New Brunswick's own Mayor James M. Cahill.

For nearly two years, New Brunswick eagerly awaited the completion of one of "the most significant urban development initiatives in New Jersey." As the brand-new performing arts center began to take shape, DEVCO called on our sister company, MediaCutlet, to bring the NBPAC Grand Opening gala to life.

NBPAC Grand Opening: Our event production services

To produce an event of this scale, we needed the help of the wider Hurricane Productions/MediaCutlet team. In total, we mobilized 17 of our staff members and contractors to provide a variety of services leading up to and during the Grand Opening gala.

Promotional assets

Prior to the event, David Costantini took professional headshots and property photos for NBPAC's Playbill and press packet. These materials highlighted the NBPAC staff, its member companies, and its two state-of-the-art theaters, named for notable patrons of the New Jersey arts community.

Guest experience and client support

Chelsea Rutkowski handled staffing needs and client communications for the Grand opening, and supported NBPAC staff during the event to ensure an incredible experience for their guests.

Living wall and 'Purple Carpet' photo activation

When your guest list includes the city Mayor, the county Freeholder Director, the Speaker of the New Jersey General Assembly, and the State Senate President, you roll out the red carpet -- or the Purple Carpet, in NBPAC's case. Several of our team members, including Nick Nittoli and Vincent Velasquez, designed and assembled a living hedge wall with a custom NBPAC logo and floral decor. This activation served as a celebrity-style photo op for guests as they arrived at the gala.

Official event photography and videography

To truly capture the details of a live event, you need to be everywhere at once. That's why we had multiple team members shooting photos and video footage throughout the building during the NBPAC Grand Opening.

The media team included John O'Boyle, Jocelyn Prescod, and Raymond Clinkscale for photography, Michael Struening for video interviews, Corynn Egreczky and David Costantini for event videography, and Tyler Ajamian for aerial drone video.

Audio support

Strato Doumanis worked closely with the MediaCutlet, DEVCO, and NBPAC teams to provide audio support for the event speakers and videographers.

Real-time social media coverage

Nicole Fallon and Sean Peek took over NBPAC's Instagram and Twitter accounts for the evening to provide live social media coverage of the Grand Opening.

Same-day video editing

After directing our video team throughout the night, Markus Robinson produced an impressive three-minute edit of the footage, delivered mere hours after the end of the event.

Michelle and Nicholas - Stone House at Stirling Ridge
