Even Grandpa danced the night away at my Sweet 16!

Courtney and Dominic

When a family decides to have a party – whether a Sweet 16 or a wedding – it always brings all different types of relatives and friends together in one location. As you can tell from our blog and our websites, Hurricane Productions prides itself in being able to work in this versatile atmosphere.

You can shop around to other DJ entertainment companies but before you do, take a look at the video in this post. This is proof that we can get all ages, genders and ethnicities together on the dance floor through music.

Courtney (our Sweet 16 guest of honor) had her friends on the dance floor, her parents (Mike and Denise) enjoyed dancing with their relatives and friends and even Courtney’s grandfather got up with all ages to join in the fun.

That’s not all. Pay close attention to the music in the background. Grandpa danced to songs like “Tik Tok” by Keisha and “Don’t Stop Believing” by George Lamond.

How did we do it? We met with the family at their kitchen table a week before the Sweet 16. We didn’t send a sales person or a Hurricane representative. Courtney’s entertainers – Strato and Vincent – traveled south from their office in Manalapan down Route 9 to Courtney’s kitchen in Howell, NJ.

We take vested interest in personalizing each event and it’s not just something we say on the phone – we act on our words!

At Courtney’s kitchen table we went over everything that was going to happen at her Sweet 16 – her grand introduction, her father/daughter dance guests, her older sibilings, grandparents, and her Sweet 16 candle lighting ceremony.

And after it was all over, Courtney’s dad says it all in the video, “You guys just made it so high energy and everything we talked about tonight…it all came true. It was as great as we could have imagined.”

The most memorable element of a Sweet 16 is watching the guest of honor share a dance with her father or any other close relative to start off the evening. It’s elegance and importance to the affair is unmatched at any other point of the night.

But you can’t trust these moments with just any DJ company. Too many of them pride themselves by producing cutter-cutter events. A Sweet 16 is a personalized affair. In order to properly plan these moments and to professionally capture them, there is no other choice than Hurricane Productions DJ entertainment.

With Sweet16CandlesSongs.com – a Sweet 16-specific planning website geared for special events – Hurricane clients can choose songs for the Sweet 16 candle lighting ceremony and spotlight dances.

Hurricane Productions offers Next-Day Facebook photos and video highlight clips available within hours of your party.

All of these features are carefully created and produced by YOUR emcees and DJs. After your party, Hurricane staff works at the office until the early morning hours to produce videos and photos. You wake up the next morning being able to relive your party.

Each photo is professionally edited to look its best. The video is created to show-off the best moments of your daughter’s perfect evening.

Hurricane Productions uses Facebook – the world’s largest social media networking site – so you can share the Sweet 16 experience with all of your family and friends … even ones who couldn’t make it the party itself.

From planning your first dance and candle ceremony, to playing your daughter’s and family’s favorite music, to capturing your party with professional quality photos and videos, there is no other choice than Hurricane Productions.

An example of a video highlight clip is below:

Michele’s Sweet 16 features Paparazzi Package with video and photos

Alexa and Michele

Hurricane Productions created an unforgettable night for Michele and her family. Here’s the best part about her party – Hurricane Productions entertained her sister Alexa’s Sweet 16 just two years earlier!

The company offered Michele’s family its “Paparazzi Sweet 16 Package” which includes all the elements to make the night a success.

Zap Photos were available immediately on the 42-inch plasma screens. Hurricane Productions posted those same photos on Facebook right after the party.

With high-definition cameras in hand, Hurricane Productions filmed video clips and then produced a video highlight clip for Michele and her family. Just like the photo album, this video was posted on Facebook just hours after the party.

Immediately after Hurricane Productions packs up its setup at any Sweet 16, they head back to their office and edit photos and video in the early morning hours. When Michele woke up from her party the next morning, she got to relive it with all of her friends on Facebook – the world’s largest social networking website.

Everything you see on HurricaneProductions.com from its own website, to the video and pictures of its clients are solely created by the Hurricane Productions staff. None of the material is handled or produced by a third-party company so hiring Hurricane Productions means that you’re getting a personalized service for your event.

Hurricane Productions loves reconnecting with all of its past Sweet 16 families. That’s why the company started a brand called NewJerseyPromDJ.com.
It gives Hurricane Productions the opportunity to entertain its former clients in front of all of their friends at their junior or senior proms!

So if you know a teacher, faculty member or PTA member looking to book a prom DJ, look no further than the company that was there for the Sweet 16!

Megan’s Sweet 16 – South Wall Banquet Facilities in South Wall, NJ

Hurricane Productions started 2010 with Megan’s Sweet 16 at the South Wall Banquet Facilities in South Wall, NJ.

The New Year meant new features and services for Hurricane Productions’ clients. Aside from great entertainment and party planning services, the company offered Megan’s family a “Next-Day” Facebook photo album and a party video highlight clip.

The Hurricane Productions staff edited the pictures and video directly after the Sweet 16 and posted it on Megan’s Facebook just hours after her party! When Megan woke up the next morning after having her dream party, she hopped right onto to Facebook to relive it all!

As soon as Megan walked into the room, she saw her baby and families pictures in a digital slideshow on the Hurricane Productions 42-inch plasma screen. Later that evening, all of her guests watched Megan grow-up in front of their eyes. A photos montage created by Hurricane Productions highlighted all of Megan’s special moments and achievements.

She planned her Sweet 16 candle ceremony on Hurricane Productions’ party planning website: Sweet16CandleSongs.com

To add another personal touch to the Sweet 16, a lighting effect shined down on the dance floor that read “Megan’s Sweet 16,” so all of her guests knew this night was all about her.

Take a look at all the pictures on Facebook and the video, too! Every Sweet 16 at Hurricane Productions is a personalized affair. All of what you see is created and produced by our talented staff.
